Job Summary
Conduct unarmed security duties by maintaining safe environments, observing hazards, and reporting issues while performing routine foot patrols up to 1–2 miles per shift. Walk and stand for extended periods, frequently climb stairs or ladders, and work indoors and outdoors in all-weather conditions. Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while interacting professionally with clients, visitors, and the public. Comply with Prosegur and client requirements, participate in safety training, and maintain situational awareness throughout the shift. This role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, NV Guard Card, and CPR/First Aid certification. Applicants must be available for six days a week across at least two different shifts, including weekends and on-call rotations, with no guaranteed schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Clean driving record and valid driver license
- Capable of following complex instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures
- NV Guard Card (PILB)
- Valid Driver's License
- CPR/ First Aid Certification
- Must be available to work six days a week, on at least two different shifts
- Understand that you may be called into work with little or no notice
- Understand that as a flex, no regular schedule or advanced schedules are guaranteed
- Shift: On Call; willing to have an open schedule for 6 days and 2 different shifts

- Security License, Level I, Level II, Level III
- Must be able to perform routine foot patrols
- Moderate lifting
- Work in all-weather elements
- Walk and stand for extended periods (including completing multiple rounds and patrols of up to 1–2 miles per shift)
- Frequently climb stairs, ramps, or ladders as required by site patrol routes
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Maintain alertness and situational awareness during all patrols
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
