Job Summary
Conduct unarmed security duties by maintaining a safe environment for customers and employees while performing routine foot patrols up to 1–2 miles per shift. Observe, correct, and report hazards, and climb stairs or work in varying weather conditions as required. Interact professionally with clients, visitors, and the public while complying with Prosegur and client post instructions. Participate in training to become familiar with general safety procedures. This part-time role requires a high school diploma, SORA certification, and basic computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- SORA Certification
- Customer service oriented
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to perform routine foot patrols
- Ability to moderate lifting
- Ability to work in all-weather elements
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- Ability to frequently climb stairs, ramps, or ladders
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to maintain alertness and situational awareness
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements
- Ability to understand and comply with specific post instructions
- Ability to participate in training
