Job Summary
National Consultant on Youth Engagement for Gender Equality to support design and content development for two youth gatherings, provide facilitation, lead outreach and mobilization, coordinate with civil society and UN Women partners, and engage the Youth Advisory Board to ensure gender-transformative, inclusive activities aligned with Türkiye context. Home-based role with travel as needed within Türkiye; focus on youth leadership, civic participation, climate and social justice themes, and inclusive youth work principles.
Required Qualifications
- Experience designing and delivering youth-focused programs
- Facilitation and training skills
- Ability to lead outreach and mobilization efforts for participant recruitment
- Strong coordination with civil society organizations and UN Women partners
- Understanding of gender equality concepts and youth empowerment
