Job Summary
Provide technical expertise to strengthen capacity development interventions, policy protocols and knowledge products on women’s socio-economic empowerment in EVAW contexts in Türkiye; conduct desk-based comparative analyses of international and regional practices; design and deliver online technical sessions for MoFSS personnel and partners; review Skills Mapping and Gap Analysis and formulate a concise, evidence-based way forward; contribute to training curricula and knowledge products related to financial literacy, vocational skills, and survivor-centred empowerment; support monitoring and results frameworks, indicator development, and data analysis; home-based consultancy under UN Women with travel not required; 25 working days maximum until 30 September 2027.
Required Qualifications
- Education: A master’s degree or equivalent in economics, women’s studies, development studies, social work, psychology, social policy, labour studies, or a related field is required
