Job Summary
The HR Business Partner for the Americas and the Caribbean leads regional HR support, advising management on HR issues, coordinating recruitment, benefits, compensation, and employee relations, and ensuring workforce planning aligned with regional objectives. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, guidelines, SOPs, and strategic HR planning; guiding managers and staff on recruitment, contracts, and entitlements; overseeing contracts, benefits, and entitlements administration; coordinating recruitment for regional and country offices (national and international staff up to P5 level); managing relationships with outsourced HR providers; addressing audit recommendations; coordinating learning and development; communicating HR initiatives across the organization; developing HR systems and reporting on recruitment trends; supervising the RO HR team; and performing additional duties as needed. Required qualifications include a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field, 7+ years of HR experience (with international exposure), strong knowledge of recruitment, benefits, and workplace relations, and fluency in English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in human resource management
- Experience in recruitment and selection, benefits administration, and workplace relations are required
- Minimum 3 years work experience internationally
- Experience as a HR Business Partner is an advantage
- Experience in leading a team
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required
