Job Summary
Evaluate the social situation of beneficiaries and facilitate access to rights within the AJM service for young adults exiting MECS. Accompany budget management and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to secure housing solutions for youth and young mothers. Conduct on-site interviews, home visits, and group animations while co-managing institutional meetings regarding admission and personalized projects. Maintain strong relationships with the standard legal network and partners to ensure comprehensive follow-up. Full-time contract with flexible evening or day shifts, including quarterly leave and free basic health insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Titulaire d'un diplôme de conseiller en économie sociale et familiale
