Job Summary
Perform daily ultrasound vascular imaging for patients in the Maplewood, NJ Imaging Office, adhering to all department and facility safety protocols. Conduct examinations requiring RVT certification and additional credentials in Abdomen, Breast, and OB/GYN modalities. Work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, with Tuesday and Thursday shifts running 10:30am to 7:00pm, plus one Saturday per month. Apply for reimbursement of educational materials and exams for additional certifications, including a bonus upon obtaining them.
Required Qualifications
- ARDMS Registered in Abdomen, Breast, OB/GYN
- ARDMS or ARRT Registered in Vascular Sonography
- Minimum of 2+ years of work experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm; Tuesday, Thursday 10:30am - 7:00pm; 1 Saturday/month
- Must be able to adhere to all department and facility safety protocols
Desired Qualifications
- In addition to being RVT certified, our Ultrasound Vascular Techs are also required to be certified in Abdomen, Breast, and OB/GYN. Ultrasound Vascular Techs must be certified in RVT and at least one of these areas to qualify.
