Job Summary
Ultrasound Technologists (Diagnostic Medical Sonographers) with CRGS certification or eligibility, and ACMDTT registration eligibility, are sought for full-time or part-time positions at Canada Diagnostic Centres. You will perform routine and specialized ultrasound exams under radiologists, explain procedures, position patients, adjust equipment, and capture diagnostic images in an outpatient clinic setting. Collaboration with radiologists and clinic teams to deliver a seamless patient experience is emphasized, along with ongoing professional development in areas such as MSK, OB/GYN, vascular and cardiac imaging, and interventional procedures. Daytime, Monday–Friday schedule with in-clinic work in Calgary, AB, Canada; eligibility for ACMDTT registration is required for consideration. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Required Qualifications
- CRGS (Certified Registered Generalist Sonographer) through Sonography Canada, or eligible to obtain
- Current registration with the Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic and Therapeutic Technologists (ACMDTT), or eligibility for registration
- Clinical competency as a generalist sonographer
- Experience or interest in advanced practice areas such as MSK, OB/GYN, vascular and cardiac exams, and interventional procedures (asset)
