Ultrasound Technologist

Ultrasound Technologist needed to perform abdominal, pelvic, thyroid and superficial soft tissue ultrasound examinations under a Radiologist, in a part-time Vancouver clinic. Responsibilities include processing requisitions and patient data, preparing patients for scans, collecting patient history, performing ultrasound procedures per regulatory guidelines, ensuring documentation accuracy, maintaining PACS knowledge and equipment, upholding patient safety/confidentiality policies, and assisting with related clerical duties. Requires completion of a recognized post-diploma sonography program, Current Sonography Canada registration (CRGS), and prior general sonography experience (largely transabdominal and pelvic/abdominal scans). CPR/WHMIS is an asset; PACS and GE ultrasound experience beneficial. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
