Job Summary
Perform ultrasound studies across age groups (infants to geriatric) and assist physicians in a variety of imaging procedures. Organize processed images, measurements, and data for physician interpretation; maintain ultrasound equipment and supplies; manage department records, reports, and files; and fulfill continuing education requirements. Eligible candidate will have a Radiology Technology degree, ARRT registration, BLS, and at least one year of sonography experience; RVT certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Radiology Technology from an accredited institution
- Registered ARRT by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Registry or registry eligible with ARDMS
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiology Technology (ARRT)
