Job Summary
Ultrasound Technologist at Providence Medford Medical Center performs ultrasound examinations per physicians' orders using advanced ultrasound equipment, while considering patient-specific needs. Required Qualifications
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
- Board eligible for certification at American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography
- Oregon Sonographer or Oregon Sonographer Temporary upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National Certification from ARDMS
- New graduates must be board eligible and obtain ARDMS certification within 6 months of hire
- New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire
- 2 years Clinical experience in diagnostic ultrasound (preferred)
- 2 years OBGYN sonography experience (preferred)
