Job Summary
Ultrasound Technologist needed for PRN positions in West Palm Beach. Responsibilities include performing a wide range of ultrasound imaging procedures primarily in an ER environment (hospital and free-standing), with emphasis on abdominal, OB, and vascular scans. Requires ARDMS RDMS (Ab or OB preferred), at least 1 year of post-graduation ultrasound imaging experience, valid driver’s license, BLS/CPR certification, and strong interpersonal skills. Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, maintain equipment and area cleanliness, and communicate professionally with hospital staff. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation
- Current ARDMS certification – RDMS (ideally in Ab or OB)
- Valid Driver’s License
- BLS/CPR Certification
- Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Pass all necessary health requirements for hospital employment, including drug screen and background check
- Comfort level with general abdominal, general OB & general vascular scans/procedures.
