Job Summary
Ultrasound Technologist duties in ER environment including a wide range of ultrasound imaging procedures; lead with empathy and communicate professionally with patients and hospital staff; maintain equipment and area cleanliness; support professional development and career growth. Requires ARDMS RDMS (preferably Ab/OB), minimum 1 year post-graduation ultrasound experience, BLS/CPR, valid driver’s license, ability to work independently, and health screenings. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation
- Current ARDMS certification – RDMS (ideally in Ab or OB)
- Valid Driver’s License
- BLS/CPR Certification
- Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Pass all necessary health requirements for hospital employment, including drug screen and background check
- Comfort level with general abdominal, general OB & general vascular scans/procedures
