Job Summary
Perform ultrasound procedures for adult and pediatric patients to diagnose and treat anatomic and physiologic disorders. Assist radiologists during specialized exams, review patient charts for missed information or consent, and screen for surgical implants or contrast allergies. Conduct scans while managing patient care before, during, and after the exam, transferring images as needed, and coordinating protocols. Maintain and inspect equipment, reporting failures or deficiencies immediately. Interface with the lead technologist and center manager regarding departmental concerns. This PRN role offers evenings and Saturdays availability with pay ranging from $40.75 to $52.54.
Required Qualifications
- Two plus years' experience in Ultrasound
- Ability to educate patients on procedures being performed

- Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately

- Ability to continuously exceed company and customer expectation

- Graduate of an accredited Sonography program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Current license from state medical board (if applicable)
Desired Qualifications
- Current ARDMS Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or ARRT (VS) registry
- Current ARDMS Registered Obstetrician/Gynecology Technologist (OB/GYN) or ARRT (S) registry
