Job Summary
Ultrasound Technologist (PRN) performing a wide range of ultrasound imaging procedures in an ER environment, with responsibilities including leading with empathy, maintaining equipment and area cleanliness, and collaborating with hospital staff. Requires ARDMS-RDMS certification (preferably Ab or OB), minimum 1 year of post-graduation ultrasound experience, a valid driver's license, BLS/CPR, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and the ability to meet health requirements (drug screen and background check). Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation
- Current ARDMS certification – RDMS (ideally in Ab or OB)
- Valid Driver’s License
- BLS/CPR Certification
- Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Pass all necessary health requirements for hospital employment, including drug screen and background check
- Comfort level with general abdominal, general OB & general vascular scans/procedures.
