Job Summary
Ultrasound Technologist needed for ER environment in Arlington, TX on a PRN basis. Perform a wide range of ultrasound imaging procedures with ARDMS RDMS certification (Abdomen/OB ideally), in a hospital/ER setting. Requires 1 year ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation, valid driver's license, BLS/CPR, strong communication, and ability to work independently. Role offers W2 employment with PTO and comprehensive benefits, travel/local opportunities, and emphasis on work/life balance. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment and communicating professionally with hospital staff; additional tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation
- Current ARDMS certification – RDMS (ideally in Ab or OB)
- Valid Driver’s License
- BLS/CPR Certification
- Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Pass all necessary health requirements for hospital employment, including drug screen and background check
- Comfort level with general abdominal, general OB & general vascular scans/procedures
