Job Summary
The Ultrasound Technologist (Per Diem) role involves utilizing diagnostic ultrasound equipment to perform general examinations and produce ultrasound images for diagnostic purposes. Key responsibilities include properly positioning patients, conducting sonographic examinations, ensuring patient cooperation, and maintaining equipment and accurate patient records. Candidates should possess knowledge of RIS and PACS systems with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred. Required certifications include RDMS, RVT, or ARRT (S), alongside an active BLS certification.
