Ultrasound Technologist (Part-Time)

Job Summary
Ultrasound Technologist will float to various locations and is responsible for producing high-quality sonographic images, maintaining equipment, and ensuring patient care. Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of human anatomy, perform quality control, and maintain confidentiality of patient information. Qualifications include being a registered sonographer with ARDMS certification and one-year experience in diagnostic medical sonography. Exceptional communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- One year of formal training in an accredited School of Ultrasound and/or one year of experience as a diagnostic medical sonographer
- Sonographers must obtain RVT or RVS certification within one year of hire or after completing an accredited ultrasound program
- Must be current with all CME requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Abdominal, OB/GYN, small parts, and Vascular Ultrasound
- Exceptional communication skills with patients, fellow colleagues, and Radiologists
