Job Summary
Conduct ultrasound examinations and manage patient care during overnight shifts at Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Perform diagnostic imaging using complex equipment while maintaining accurate documentation and communicating with patient care providers. Transfer patients, ambulate individuals, and retrieve supplies in crowded, busy rooms requiring full physical range of motion and manual dexterity. Maintain certification with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) and hold current Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification. Work a part-time schedule of 32 hours per week from 10:00pm to 6:30pm Monday through Thursday.
Required Qualifications
- Registered with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
- Successful completion of one registry pertinent to the department beyond physics (options include OB, abdominal, neuro, breast, pediatric, and vascular)
- Health Services\BCLS - Basic life support (Certification for Healthcare Providers)
