Job Summary
Perform ultrasound imaging procedures during overnight shifts, including patient assessments, equipment operation, and documentation. Maintain patient safety through BCLS certification and assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and supply distribution in busy clinical environments. Manage complex equipment with precision while communicating effectively with providers and visitors during emergency situations. Requires ARDMS registration in OB, abdominal, neuro, breast, pediatric, or vascular specialties. Work Monday through Thursday from 10:00pm to 6:30am as part of a team supporting Intermountain Health's patient care mission.
Required Qualifications
- Registered with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
- Successful completion of one registry pertinent to the department beyond physics (options include OB, abdominal, neuro, breast, pediatric, and vascular)
- Health ServicesBCLS - Basic life support (Certification for Healthcare Providers)
