Job Summary
Perform diagnostic Ultrasound examinations for subsequent evaluation and treatment by attending physicians in the OBGYN department. Maintain national certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography and complete BLS training within 30 days of hire. Work a per-diem day shift on-site at the Santa Monica clinic, providing fetal echo, OBGYN, and breast imaging services. This role supports Providence's mission of caring for vulnerable communities through patient-focused, whole-person care within a comprehensive health system serving over 50 hospitals and 1,000 clinics across the state.
Required Qualifications
- Course in Ultrasound Technology
- National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 5 years registered in Fetal Echo, OBGYN, Breast by ARDMS
- Experience in Ultrasound Technology
