Ultrasound Technologist OB GYN

Perform ultrasound examinations under physician direction to identify abnormalities for patient diagnosis, ensuring proper patient identification, order verification, and exam preparation. Execute studies per department protocol while reviewing images for quality, clarity, and accuracy, and complete procedures within acceptable time limits. Maintain ARDMS registration and modality-specific competency, assist students and radiology techs with protocols and positioning, and provide patient education and comfort. Operate equipment and information systems, keep accurate records, and follow protocols for medical necessity, coding, and infection control. Work full-time (40 hours) Monday through Friday, 8a-5p, at the Superior Clinic OB-GYN unit in Superior, Colorado.
