Ultrasound Technologist - McLeod OBGYN Little River (PRN)

Perform ultrasonic diagnostic procedures in accordance with accepted protocols as directed by physicians. Instruct patients regarding procedures to ensure cooperation and optimum test results. Follow prescribed safety standards in operating equipment. Maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring all devices are cleaned and sanitized daily, while maintaining examination rooms and work areas. Order and stock all ultrasound supplies. Work as a team member within the office to assist with patient triage, preauthorization, clerical support backup, and perform other duties as assigned. Maintain accurate department records, reports, and files as directed, while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and documenting work processes as required.
