Job Summary
Independently perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures on pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients under the general supervision of the Manager, Breast Imaging Services, and the direction of a Radiologist. Complete procedures across all patient demographics while adhering to evidence-based, patient-focused care standards. This part-time role with variable shifts totaling 24 weekly hours is located at Kadlec Outpatient Imaging Center in Richland, WA. The position supports Kadlec's open-heart surgery and interventional cardiology programs within a comprehensive non-profit healthcare organization serving the Tri-Cities region.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an approved Ultrasound Technology Training Program
- Associate's Degree or higher from an accredited educational institution in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
- National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography
- National Registered Technologist - Sonography
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Part time, Variable Shift, 24 working hours weekly
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year Medical Sonography as a Registered Sonographer or as a Registry Eligible Sonographer
