Job Summary
Conduct diagnostic and interventional ultrasound imaging using live technology across various units while collaborating with skilled nurses, radiologists, and clinical support teams. Participate in quality improvement committees, test new software and equipment with vendors, and engage in ongoing education supported by a dedicated tech educator. Requires ARDMS registration, six months of related experience, and CPR certification within three months of employment. Shifts are full-time day rotations from 8:30am to 5:00pm with a minimum salary of $34.62/hour.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent including successful completion of an approved curriculum in diagnostic sonography
- Registration by The American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
- CPR certification required within three months of employment
- Six (6) months of related experience
