Job Summary
Float Pool Ultrasound Technologist providing ultrasound services across multiple Front Range facilities. Maintains competencies across sites, self-schedules shifts (minimum four per 8 weeks with at least one hard-to-fill shift such as weekends, nights, or on-call), and works at a minimum of two facilities per period. Earns a 10% pay premium plus applicable shift differentials. Entry rate $38.77+ depending on experience; benefits eligible: No; shift details: PRN. Requirements include ARDMS registration in an applicable specialty (OB, abdominal, neuro, breast, pediatric, vascular) and BCLS certification. Preferred: 1+ year experience. Location options include Good Samaritan Hospital, Lutheran Medical Center, Platte Valley Hospital, Saint Joseph Hospital in Wheat Ridge, CO. Required Qualifications
- Registered with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) - Successful completion of one registry pertinent to the department beyond physics (options include OB, abdominal, neuro, breast, pediatric, and vascular)
- Health Services BCLS - Basic life support (Certification for Healthcare Providers)
