Ultrasound Tech, Registered - FPG Urology, Venice

Perform Ultrasound procedures under the direction of a Radiologist or Ultrasound lead Sonographer at a technical level requiring independent judgment and ingenuity. Apply prescribed sound waves for radiologic diagnosis or intervention while assuming responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required. Maintain ARDMS certification and BLS/CPR credentials. Complete background screening through The Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse. Urology experience is preferred. The role is based at Sarasota Memorial Hospital's Venice campus within the Sarasota Memorial Health Care System.
