Job Summary
Conduct diagnostic ultrasound examinations within the sonography department, producing high-quality images for accurate diagnosis and interpretation. Perform various imaging studies while ensuring patient safety and adhering to departmental protocols and regulatory standards. Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to facilitate timely delivery of imaging results. This PRN role requires graduation from an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography school, ARDMS registration, and 1-2 years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited School of Diagnostic Medical Sonography
- Registered with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in diagnostic medical sonography
- Strong knowledge of ultrasound imaging techniques and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
