Job Summary
Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures, operate diagnostic ultrasound equipment, and evaluate ultrasound images for patients of all ages. Provide physicians with oral or written summaries of technical findings while delivering patient care. Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development to assess patient data and identify requirements; apply knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and physiology; use or learn the department’s computerized systems and devices. Must be a graduate of a recognized diagnostic medical sonography training program (RDMS preferred or registry eligible with RDMS within one year of hire); one year of clinical ultrasound experience preferred; licensure/credentialing as RDMS or eligibility is required. Shift includes rotating schedule with benefits starting Day One. Equal Opportunity Employer.
