Ultrasound Clinical Applications Specialist, General Imaging - San Antonio

Job Summary
Demonstrate full range of Ultrasound products to drive revenue within the South Texas region, including San Antonio, Austin, and Houston. Coordinate, schedule, and execute objective-based system training for customers while monitoring and reporting outcomes. Serve as a subject matter expert to the sales organization, penetrating competitive accounts and communicating market intelligence. Advance new product features by partnering with customers to develop training strategies and support trade show demonstrations. Act as the focal point for modality issues, handling escalations, problem determination, and specialty training requests. Maintain required pre and post training documentation and adhere to Quality Management System and EHS policies. Requires ARDMS certification in Abdomen or OB/Gyn, extensive travel capability (up to 90% weekly), and experience with GE Healthcare Ultrasound systems.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of General Imaging Ultrasound technical/clinical industry experience
- ARDMS certification
- Willingness to travel extensively 80+% (4-5 days per week including overnights and some weekends) within the US via multiple modes of transportation (car, air travel, & train, etc.)
- Candidate must live in San Antonio or surrounding area
- American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) certification in: Abdomen or OB/Gyn
- Demonstrated experience working on GE Healthcare Ultrasound systems
- Deep understanding of clinical education training and associated process implementation
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex information and modifying messaging based on audience
- Knowledge of Healthcare Information Systems, networking and IT
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a drug screen
