Job Summary
The Ultrasonographer is responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasounds with high quality to meet physician and departmental needs at an established fertility clinic. Key duties include preparing ultrasound equipment, reviewing patient charts, performing ultrasound procedures efficiently, explaining procedures to patients, promptly notifying providers of abnormal findings, and maintaining exam rooms. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, relevant certifications, two years of experience in OB/GYN or Fertility practice, and BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED
- ARDMS or RDMS
- 2 years experience in OB/GYN or Fertility practice
- BLS
