Job Summary
Operate the Ultrasonic Slitter machine to manufacture goods, performing setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting while rebuilding stacks on ultrasonic horns. Conduct quality inspections and measurements for every shop order, gather and load raw materials, and manage shop orders including labeling and product placement. Adhere to safety procedures, 5S standards, and ISO 9001-2015 guidelines while communicating shift handovers and participating in periodic training. Transport materials up to 30 pounds and maintain productivity standards within a climate-controlled environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 2-3 years slitter or maintenance experience
- Ability to read and understand drawings, travelers and control plans in computer system for production orders
- Ability to know and understand how to operate and trouble shoot Ultrasonic Slitter equipment
- Ability to work in a team environment
