Ultrasonic Immersion Technicians - NDT

NAS 410 Level II UT Technicians needed for full-time work in Heath, OH. Responsibilities include setting up and calibrating equipment, conducting NDT tests with UT and other techniques, interpreting and documenting results, directing trainees and Level I personnel, ensuring awareness of codes, standards and contractual documents, working with minimal supervision, identifying and resolving problems, analyzing information, presenting numerical data, maintaining confidentiality, planning and organizing work, and upholding safety procedures in field and plant environments. Must be a high school graduate or equivalent with specialized NDT training and Level II certification, with experience or hours to certify to Level II per SNT-TC1A in UT/RT/MT/PT; industrial radiography certification preferred and radiation-safety coursework considered. Travel to multiple sites may be required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in noisy plant environments is expected.
