Job Summary
Perform regularly scheduled maintenance of industrial batteries, including inspections, watering, washing, and voltage testing. Operate a service vehicle, forklift, and reach truck while maintaining assigned parts inventory and processing recovered non-potable water. Install watering systems, analyze water acidity levels, and ensure compliance with safety, EPA, and OSHA policies. Convey information to customers, coordinate repairs, and resolve complaints while promoting point of sale items. Follow assigned schedules to ensure regular product maintenance and submit work orders timely.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 Years of experience involving battery industry or related experience
- Prior sales or customer service in a field service environment
