Job Summary
Handle Flixbus customer inquiries via phone and email, responding to questions about bookings, schedules, and baggage regulations. Resolve customer issues, complaints, or rebookings while documenting all interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service operations for passengers. This role requires fluent Ukrainian and B1-level English proficiency, with previous travel/tourism experience being a plus. The position is based 100% in home office in Georgia and includes comprehensive training, meal allowance, and state social security.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent Ukrainian (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in English (minimum B1 level)
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in travel/tourism
- Digital affinity and confident use of standard PC applications
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong customer focus, patience, and excellent communication skills
