UKI Marketing Controller - E-commerce & DTC - FTC (maternity cover)

Lead our multichannel eCommerce strategy in the UK, building annual plans with relevant stakeholders, including marketing, sales, Europe Pure Play team, and more. Oversee the growth and execution of digital strategy across omnichannel grocery retailers in the UK, working with the shopper marketing team and KAMs to continuously improve on key metrics. Manage social and retail media investment and ensure digital investment is effective and measurable across performance channels. Own the launch and optimization of a new DTC site, CRM and new operating model with an insurgent-first mindset, including merchandising, promotion, subscription, continuously feeding learnings back to the organisation. Drive the digital revolution of our brands via social platforms and GenAI, creating engaged communities and driving sales on and offline.
