Job Summary
Lead a 1-5 person UKG support team to deliver end-user support for the UKG Pro WFM application; manage escalations and configuration requests; implement and monitor SLAs/KPIs, mentor team members, approve timesheets, and provide regular reporting to leadership on ticket volume and performance; collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve system performance.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven leadership experience
- 3+ years of experience in Workforce Management systems configuration, development, and support
- 2+ years of experience in implementing or supporting the UKG Pro WFM solution with a proven ability to manage and deliver complex solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to analyze complex data and present results to business audiences
