Job Summary
UKG Ready Consultant who will assist with implementing UKG Ready HR modules (Recruiting, On-Boarding, Performance, and/or Compensation) across client environments. Responsibilities include client discovery, configuration recommendations, tailoring the system to business needs, creating training materials, delivering user training, developing custom reports and interfaces, maintaining product knowledge, providing technical service and support, and ensuring timely project documentation. The role supports demos and add-ons for existing clients, requires strong communication, project-management capabilities, and ability to work as a self-starter either independently or with a team in a remote, part-time, temporary capacity. Location is US-based with remote work; candidate must meet-USA-only requirements and non-C2C hiring constraints.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in UKG Ready HR implementation or administrative use
- Recent and extensive experience with UKG Ready HR modules: Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Review, and/or Compensation
- Experience with configuration of core HR functionality including HR actions, checklists, workflows, etc.
- Performance reviews, applicant tracking, and carrier connections is a plus
- Ability to take initiative and communicate with stakeholders to train users
- Proven project management experience with ability to meet timelines
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to clients
- Ability to work independently or with a team based on project scope
- Prioritize and plan work activities to hit go-live targets
- Self-starter who can readjust priorities and organize resources
- Collaborative in working with leadership and various individuals
- Proficiency with Excel and Word
