Job Summary
Review residential conveyancing contract packs, raise pre-contract enquiries, and draft comprehensive Reports on Title for purchase transactions. Prepare replies to enquiries on sale files, conduct Land Registry searches, and draft completion statements and client statements of account. Submit Notices of Transfer and Charge, liaise with solicitors and estate agents, and maintain accurate case records within the firm's system. Archive completed files once transactions conclude and ledgers are cleared. Support the wider legal team with additional conveyancing and administrative tasks as required. This role is strictly for South Africa-based candidates with 3+ years of UK residential conveyancing experience, working remotely full-time.
Required Qualifications
- 100% Remote (Strictly South Africa-based only)
- Currently residing and legally eligible to work in South Africa
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in UK Residential Conveyancing
- Experience reviewing contract packs and raising enquiries
- Experience reviewing replies to enquiries
- Experience drafting Reports on Title
- Experience preparing completion statements
- Familiarity with Land Registry searches and post-completion processes
- Excellent understanding of the residential conveyancing process from instruction through to completion
- Excellent written and spoken English
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
