Own supply delivery from responsible sources through distribution hubs while optimizing finished goods inventory against targets. Run weekly shortage reports, advise recovery dates, and maintain SAP master data accuracy. Identify non-moving inventory, create actions to reduce stock, and communicate inventory adjustments to third-party logistics. Implement improvements to material planning and delivery processes in accordance with Teledyne's policies and compliance standards.
