UK Planning Analyst

Job Summary
Manage supply chain planning by placing purchase orders, negotiating delivery schedules, and expediting orders with suppliers to meet business demands. Own the delivery of supplies from responsible suppliers through to distribution hubs while optimizing finished goods inventory to achieve targets. Execute retirement planning including last-time buy strategies and stock rundown to minimize obsolete costs. Run weekly shortage reports, maintain SAP master data accuracy, and create inventory adjustments with third-party logistics partners. Identify non-moving inventory and implement process improvements for material planning. Work cross-functionally with procurement, manufacturing, and commercial teams to drive operational performance and service levels.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in Supply Chain / Planning
- Logical thinker / Problem solver
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Solution orientation and resourcefulness
- Experience of using SAP
- Experience working with MRP / ERP systems
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel / BI / Macros
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, rules and regulatory orders
- Must carry out the role in accordance with all relevant legislation
- Must follow Raymarine's policies and processes (including but not limited to those relating to ethics, compliance, cyber security, product development, labour and human rights, and the environment)
- Must undertake all mandatory training as requested
