Job Summary
Answer all customer inquiries via telephone, chat, email, and other channels using defined procedures to provide accurate diagnoses and appropriate solutions. Support internal and external customers professionally while utilizing available systems and resources. Participate in cross-functional communications and meetings to support the team, domain, and center. Perform additional responsibilities as required. This role is part of Vistaprint's Customer CARE team, which delivers world-class support to small businesses globally.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Business Administration
- Strong command of the English language
- At least one (1) year of customer service experience
- The ability to provide excellent customer service while multi-tasking
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a multi-channel customer service environment
- Experience with graphic design and/or photo imaging design software
