Job Summary
Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing systems, providing guidance on password resets, account setup, and software installations. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues, including running network cables and patching leads, while escalating complex problems to Level 2 or 3 teams. Manage IT asset inventory, device deployment, and workplace moves, and coordinate preventative maintenance for facilities equipment. Conduct facility audits to identify hazards, liaise with maintenance providers to minimize downtime, and manage contractor contracts and basic inventory. Maintain accurate documentation in the helpdesk system and contribute to knowledge base articles. On-call availability is required for 24/7 out-of-hours coverage on a rota basis.

- Ability to quickly identify the root cause of onsite equipment or system failures
- Ability to complete day-to-day repairs
- Ability to carry out regular facility audits and building walkarounds

- Ability to keep all documentation up to date for audit purposes
- Ability to manage onsite contractors
- Ability to coordinate maintenance contract renewals
