Job Summary

Lead growth across Ekium's UK nuclear and renewable energy operations by driving business development and sales across consultancy, design, construction and compliance services. Develop new customer relationships while expanding opportunities within existing accounts, build, maintain and convert a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities to achieve revenue and margin targets, identify market trends and routes to market within the nuclear and renewable energy sectors, lead customer meetings, presentations, proposals and tender submissions, and work closely with UK and international colleagues to develop integrated client solutions. Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting and sales reporting, and represent Ekium at industry events, conferences and networking activities. Requires proven business development and sales experience within the UK nuclear and/or renewable energy sectors, a strong track record of winning new business, excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, and a commercially focused approach with experience managing sales pipelines and forecasts. Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel extensively across the UK. Desirable qualifications include a degree in engineering, science or related discipline, Chartered status or equivalent accreditation, technical background in nuclear/mechanical/electrical engineering, and French language skills.
