Job Summary
Conduct research boards, user personas, and journey maps to inform design direction. Create and maintain design systems, tokens, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that align with project objectives. Apply AI experience to UI and UX principles effectively, differentiating their distinct roles. Document design processes, implement feedback, and iteratively refine designs while collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders. Ensure mobile-first and responsive designs using tools like Figma. Stay up-to-date with latest design trends to continuously enhance practices. Join the reloadux Studio team to contribute fresh ideas to exciting AI projects in a collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 Years of Experience
- Understanding of Design thinking process
- Strong knowledge of fundamental UI/UX principles
- Expertise in using design tools such as Figma
- Ability to create Mobile first Designs
- Ability to create Responsive designs
- Know conversational AI experience
- Basic experience in developing and maintaining design systems
- Experience with tokenization
- Able to create clear design documentation
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Collaborating with product managers
- Collaborating with developers
- Collaborating with other stakeholders
- Receptive to constructive feedback
- Ability to iterate on designs based on input and insights from stakeholders and users
