Job Summary
Coordinate six to eight simultaneous projects from Hedel, directing timber crews and managing quality, safety, and progress. Handle daily administration via the SelektHuis Bouw app, oversee budgets for cost variances, and manage material procurement. Maintain continuous contact with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors from project start through handover while collaborating with the design team and other site managers. Ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction through proactive communication and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Ervaring als Uitvoerder, Werkvoorbereider of Voorman in de (vrijstaande) woningbouw
- Minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau met bouwkundig inzicht
- Digitale vaardigheden en bekend met planningssoftware, ERP-systemen en Microsoft Office
- Uitstekende communicatieve en leidinggevende vaardigheden
- Proactief en klantgericht, met oog voor detail
- Gestructureerd kunnen schakelen tussen projecten
