Job Summary
Lead daily execution of construction projects ranging from small to large, ensuring correct implementation according to specifications, drawings, budget, and schedule. Coordinate as V&G coordinator by determining resource allocation for personnel, materials, and equipment in consultation with the project leader. Collaborate closely with the work preparer and project leader to form and manage the project team. Requires minimum MBO level, relevant construction education, and several years of experience as a construction executor. Located in Amsterdam area with competitive salary and secondary benefits.
