Lead underground infrastructure projects from preparation to realization, managing teams and subcontractors while maintaining strict schedules and budgets. Monitor progress and costs for multiple projects involving electricity, gas, and water lines across Gelderland, adapting to varying workloads without compromising quality. Maintain accurate records for KAM compliance and provide regular financial updates to the project lead.
Required Qualifications
- MBO werk- en denkniveau
- ervaring als uitvoerder in ondergrondse infra
- kennis van de BEI / VIAG
- een B-rijbewijs en een VCA-VOL certificaat, of bent bereid dit te halen
- beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed, zowel in woord als geschrift
- één of meer KIWA-certificaten Uitvoerder Ondergrondse Infratechniek
