Job Summary
Lead underground infrastructure projects in Overijssel, managing teams and subcontractors from preparation through realization while maintaining strict control over progress and costs. Ensure safety compliance across all site operations and handle variable workloads efficiently. Create challenging yet achievable schedules, coordinate material logistics, and maintain close communication with clients, government bodies, and stakeholders. Provide daily updates to the project leader regarding finances, administration, and KAM (quality, working conditions, and environment). Requires one or more KIWA Underground Infrastructure Technician certificates, MBO level, B license, and strong Dutch language skills. Full-time role with a salary range of €3,200 to €5,200 gross per month, including company car, laptop, and 25 vacation days.
Required Qualifications
- MBO werk- en denkniveau
- ervaring als uitvoerder in ondergrondse infra
- kennis van de BEI / VIAG
- een B-rijbewijs en een VCA-VOL certificaat, of bent bereid dit te halen
- beheersing van de Nederlandse taal goed, zowel in woord als geschrift
- een salarisrange van €3.200,- tot €5.200,- bruto per maand (afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring)
- 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ATV-dagen per jaar (op basis van een fulltime dienstverband)
- Een auto van de zaak
- Een telefoon en laptop om je functie optimaal uit te voeren
