Conduct underground LS and MS distribution network construction projects from preparation to realization, managing teams of colleagues and subcontractors while maintaining strict control over progress and costs. Lead outdoor crews, create challenging yet achievable schedules, and ensure all equipment is available through top-level project preparation. Handle administrative handover and financial updates for the project lead, ensuring full compliance with KAM (quality, working conditions, and environment) standards. Coordinate closely with clients, government bodies, and contractors while prioritizing safety protocols. Requires MBO level, relevant experience, and valid driving license. Full-time position with a salary range of €3,500–€5,100 gross per month.
